Chef Vito’s passion and enthusiasm for food is evident in every mouth-watering bite you take.

Hailing from the coastal area of Southern Italy, Chef Vito’s love for his craft developed from the tender age of 14, when he started work as a kitchen helper in a restaurant near his home. His culinary journey has taken him from some of Italy’s best five star hotels to London’s exclusive Metropolitan, Berkley and Connaught Hotels where he had the opportunity to work as Sous Chef for the like of Michel Gehrig and Michelin Star chef Helene Darroze.

Chef Vito masterfully creates his own blend of classic cuisine with a modern twist and seasonal specials to keep your palate entertained with every single mouthful.
